Taclus Confidential provides confidential shredding services to a range of customers across South Wales. We are a small, South Wales based organisation with low overheads that enable us to keep our costs low. Our customers can enjoy low prices, without compromising on the highest quality of service. We are compliant with all UK regulations and have ISO9001 accreditation. We are focused on meeting customer expectations through a variety of tailored services including:


  • Weekly, fortnightly or monthly collection dates for regular business shredding
  • Same-day destruction with certificates of collection signed and emailed to you on site. Certificate of destruction is e-mailed to you immediately following destruction
  • One-off business shredding and collection
  • Branded product destruction
  • PC Hard-Drive destruction


We are committed to our clients and ensure that all confidential data relating to their customers and clients stays confidential. We are certified and independently accredited to the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2015 and for the International Environmental Standard ISO 14001:2015.


All hard-copy and digital data, magnetic media or branded work-wear is securely destroyed. We have a zero landfill policy and are committed to ensuring all materials processed by Taclus are recycled. Or, in the case of computer parts that are non-data related, re-used.
